We have just had some roof repairs carried out by Malcolm Cooke of Strictly Roofing. I have to say that his knowledge, professionalism and expertise are second to none. The advise we were given by Malcolm was fantastic and the work was carried out thoroughly and in a timely manner. We no longer have a leaky roof, thanks to Strictly Roofing, who I couldn’t recommend highly enough. During the work that Malcolm was doing for us, three other roofing matters were brought to our attention. Without Malcolm’s knowledge we wouldn’t have known about these. As we were so happy with the work that Strictly Roofing has done for us, we will be using them to see to our other roofing issues. I would also like to say that with Strictly Roofing you get value for money.

I just wanted to write to thank you for all the work that you have done on our roof recently in France. As we run a property management company we deal with a lot of contractors and have experienced both very good and very bad but it is very rarely easy. With the property in France this is made more difficult with the distance, language barrier and different building techniques. This is made even more difficult by the age of the property. When I asked you to quote for the roof you did so promptly and gave me a lot of information, sent me details of what you were going to do and testimonials of others so I could be sure.

Due to my timescales you fitted my work in promptly and kept me informed at all times, sending me photos during the process which was particularly important when I was so far away. When there were greater problems than anticipated you sent me photos as proof and came up with solutions rather than problems. Even though there was a lot more work than anticipated, you still fitted it in and the price was reasonable for what you did. When normally issues are discovered during the course of a job the prices to rectify with others are often very expensive. 

You also did not have a problem with me sending a friend to check some of the works. As it was the first time I had used you I needed a second opinion on what was being said, but even my friend said what a high quality job you and your colleagues were doing.

You have also helped out with my chimney liners, guttering and TV dish alignment which I am very grateful for. You kept me informed throughout the whole process with calls, emails and pictures and even saved me money at the end. Now that we have found you we are looking at having the other building done so look forward to another call in the future.

Recently I had a roofing job undertaken by Malcolm Cooke. The project was quite complicated and the advise given enabled me to choose one option from a number presented to me. I am completely satisfied with the work and the manner in which is was undertaken. The team arrived for work when they said they would, they undertook a full days work and tidied up after each session. They appeared to have all the necessary tools and equipment and ordered just the right amount of materials. Overall I was very pleased with the finished job and the very reasonable price. There was no waste of materials which resulted in a cost effective and very smart roof. I have no hesitation in recommending this friendly and cost conscientious team to other people. I shall also be happy to show the completed work they did for me to others.
